On, 1/31/2023 ATF's - FINAL stance on pistol braces and the definition of a rifle [https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2023/01/31/2023-01001/factoring-criteria-for-firearms-with-attached-stabilizing-braces]. The rule was officially published on January 31, 2023 thus making it official and starting the 120 day compliance period, you have until May 31, 2023 to comply (read ruling for exact details).

More specifically, we provide a broad range of equipment, accessories, trainings, events, and other items related to firearms safety and usage. Urban Arms was founded after over 20 years of recreational shooting and training experiences by its founder. The multitude of safe uses is what drives the company’s daily vision and mission. We pride ourselves on providing the best customer experiences and will continue to do so.
We operate within the United States but may have some limitation regarding firearms sales or any other FFL qualifying items due to the varying state laws and regulations. However, every effort will be made to fulfill our customers needs even if that means referring the customer to a third-party vendor or even a competitor.
